1. Our Copyright Policy

ModDongGam (the “Site”) is a directory that indexes links to third-party files hosted by external services. We do not claim ownership of, nor do we create, the APK files, game names, icons, logos or screenshots that appear on the Site. All trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights belong to their respective owners.

We voluntarily comply with the notice-and-takedown procedure of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and with equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions, including the EU Copyright Directive and the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act. It is our policy to:

• remove or disable access to material that we are properly notified infringes copyright;
• remove or disable access to links that point to infringing material hosted elsewhere;
• terminate the access of repeat infringers; and
• keep a record of notices received for our own legal protection.

2. Important Disclaimer

ModDongGam does not host any APK file on its own servers. Every download button resolves to an external service such as Telegram, MediaFire or a third-party CDN. We only publish information about modified versions of Android games together with the version number, file size and installation instructions.

Modified (“MOD”) APK files are shared for evaluation, educational and personal testing purposes only. They are not official releases and are not endorsed by the original developers or publishers. If you own the rights to a game and do not want a modified version of it to be listed here, contact us and the page will be removed — you do not need to send a formal notice, although a complete notice helps us act faster.

We strongly encourage visitors to support developers by purchasing games through Google Play if they enjoy them. ModDongGam bears no responsibility for how visitors use the files they download.

3. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

To request removal of a page, a link or any other material from ModDongGam, send an email to support@modongam.eu.cc with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice”. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) your notice must contain all of the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed, or a representative list if several works are involved.
2. The exact URL(s) on ModDongGam where the material is located (for example https://modongam.eu.cc/game.html). Please copy the link from your browser; screenshots alone are not enough.
3. Your contact information — full name, company or organisation, postal address, telephone number and a working email address.
4. A good-faith statement: “I have a good faith belief that use of the material described above is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.”
5. An accuracy and authority statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is accepted).

If a notice is incomplete we may reply asking for the missing information. Incomplete notices cannot be actioned, because we need enough detail to identify the material and to notify the uploader.

4. Where to Send Your Notice — Designated Agent

• Response time: confirmed notices are processed within 72 hours (3 business days)

Note for the site owner: replace the placeholder addresses above with your real domain and, if you are a US-based service provider seeking safe-harbour protection, register your designated agent with the US Copyright Office and publish the registration number on this page.

5. Counter-Notification

If your link or upload was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification should include:

• your full name, address, telephone number and email address;
• identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared before removal;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
• a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district where you live (or, if outside the United States, of any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the complainant; and
• your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant and may restore the material 10 to 14 business days later unless we receive notice that a legal action has been filed. Filing a knowingly false counter-notification can lead to liability for damages, including legal costs.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts, contributors and uploaders who repeatedly publish infringing material are permanently blocked from ModDongGam, and their previously submitted links are removed. We keep a record of all notices and counter-notices and review repeat behaviour every time a new complaint arrives.

7. Report a File — Malicious, Fake or Broken

You do not need to be a copyright owner to report a problem. Use this channel if you find:

• a malicious or suspicious APK (malware, spyware, aggressive push ads, unauthorised permissions);
• a fake mod that does not provide the advertised features;
• a dead link or a mirror that points to the wrong game or the wrong version;
• a page that contains personal information about you.

Email the game name, the version number and the mirror you used to support@modongam.eu.cc. Malware reports are treated as urgent: the download link is disabled immediately and the file is re-scanned before it can be restored. Verified security reports that protect our visitors may be credited on the game page.

8. Changes and Good Faith

This policy may be updated at any time; the date at the top of the page always shows the current version. ModDongGam acts in good faith, on a voluntary basis, to respect intellectual property rights and to keep our visitors safe. Nothing on this page should be read as legal advice — if you need advice about your own situation, consult a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
